By accessing or using Royal Cards (royal-memory.web.app) and its associated desktop or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Subscriptions and Premium Features

Certain features of Royal Cards are locked behind a Premium subscription. By purchasing Premium access, you agree to our recurring billing terms as processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal, and your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities or actions under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Royal Cards and its creators. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Royal Cards.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
